Nominate a Potential

Qualified potential members are men and women of good character who possess an excellent business or professional reputation, and who live or work in the Tulsa area. They’re the ones who want to combine their talent and resources with other leaders to take action, to impact our community. If you know such an individual or you fit this description yourself, contact the Rotary office.

Candidates include those who hold an important position in their firm or profession; those who are outstanding leaders in their chosen vocation; or those who exemplify Rotary’s Four-Way Test, which guides the actions of all Rotarians:

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Rotary is the oldest, most prestigious service club in the world and in Tulsa. Rotary symbolizes service based on high ethical standards in business and professions and a genuine interest in civic affairs. We hope you will seriously consider the impact you can have on our city, the nation and the world as a Rotarian!

In honor of the Rotary theme of the year, "Be the Inspiration", we wanted to share Hannibal B. Johnson's presidential message for the club:

"Let’s make 2018 - 2019 a banner year for the Rotary Club of Tulsa. Let’s continue to place service above self and elevate those around us.
If you’re not already a member, now’s the time to become one.
Build your business and professional network;
Share your knowledge and experience with creatives and innovators;
Mentor or be mentored;
Invest in our community;
Make a difference in the lives of others; and
Engage with our global, quality-of-life initiatives.
It’s quick. It’s easy. It’s life-changing.
Talk to a Rotarian or visit tulsarotary.com for details."
